Use the FACE IT! Gimkit game with your students

Gimkit is a dynamic and engaging tool that makes learning interactive and fun for students. Follow the steps below to help you quickly set up and launch your first game. In just a few steps, you’ll transform your lesson into an active learning experience where students can revise, compete, and stay motivated. 

1. Register as a teacher on the Gimkit platform (free of charge).
2. After logging in, you will see a full list of questions and corresponsing correct anwers for the chapter, that can be used as a stand-alone tool or through a game.
3. You can start the game for your students by clicking on “Play Live” on the left-hand menu.
4. Select the game you prefer (there are many!) by clicking it and click “continue” on the upper-right corner of the pop-up. 
5. Instructions for joining the game will appear on the screen: game users will need to go to gimkit.com/join and enter the code shown.
   By hovering over the link with your mouse, a qr code will appear on the screen. This will make it easier for students to join.
6. Click on “Start game”.
